June 28, 2024: Follow-up on the original pyro mini-bear: obviously, that guy's a goner. Face burned away, etc... However, I just finished re-making him (without using the flame thrower this time) and I love the new guy just as much, maybe even a little more.
I sat on him for a while-- not like, incubating-- I mean more like "I held off on finishing him so that I could keep him home with me for a while". But the time has now come! I have the whole month of July to myself while Jeffrey and Andrew bumble off for their Yukon adventure. Pyro 2.0 needed to move along to motivate me to make more bears. While this little guy has been adopted, I'm hoping to list at least 3-4 new bears in July. We'll see if that pans out.
All the bears in my shop are currently sold out, but I plan to add more soon. Yes, I always say that then disappear for ages-- so temper your expectations. But with Jeffrey gone for an entire month, there's a very real chance that I'll finally have time to sew. I'm looking forward to it.
